JCPenney – Shopping & Coupons App Reviews

I hate using the app all of my items in the cart always seem to disappear instead of staying there. The app constantly freezes and I can’t get back in it. Half the items that are on the website are not available for store pick up and then they charge for delivery I’m if you get the wrong size you have to pay to get the correct size. I really like JC Penney clothing however I did not like to go to the store if possible so I would like to have an app that actually works on my phone.

App is so frustrating:( Pretty much useless Love the store, hate the app JCP—have your IT people get on top of this— Wal Mart, Target, Old Navy, gap, etc all have good apps that are simple and efficient— So JCP— get it together

This app is getting ridiculous. First I couldn’t delete items from the cart and instead a got like 17 of the same I was trying to delete. Things desapear from favorites and no they were not discontinued and now the app keeps closing after a few seconds or if I try to move from home page. I absolutely hate it now after I have been using it for over a year.

My jcp app keeps closing. I want to have the store at the tap of the app but unfortunately it just doesn't work. Please fix it

The new look of the item is great. I am having a HUGE problem with my saved items. I save hints from the store and through the app and it disappears. That would be the only issue. Otherwise it is great

Jcp has made this app user friendly. Love it

I was shopping on the app and went to checkout and it wouldnt let me pay with my JCP credit card. I kept clicking checkout and it kept loading but never went through.

This is a wonderful app. And with all the rewards they give out- JcP rocks. I have shopped many stores but none of them give rewards like JCP. Next time, you are in this store- open up your app- get a coupon scanned - and be happy. I wish they had this app a long time ago but I am happy they are progressing slowly but surely. I would recommend to always have coupons for any form of payment including all items. One thing I would like to see is the integration between theyre app and a built in rewards notification via text and app. ;)

Great App! I can do everything on my App as if I was on the desktop.

I had not shopped at JCP for some time but recently started shopping there again due to their rewards program and additional discounts for credit card clients. I have found their home rugs and bathroom accessories very nice and affordable.

I dont understand how to click on the items.

So happy with my searching ease and saving favorites. Adding my rewards and coupons take no brainwork. The only bummer, Im buying all the time. I might not be spending a fortune but eventually it will add up.
